Crew Quarters - Will Be Back!
Our largest cottage, the Crew Quarters, is a spacious two-bedroom retreat ideal for families or small groups. Recently updated for comfort, it features two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living area with extra sleeping space, and one bath. Outside, a large deck with ample seating and a grill makes it the perfect gathering spot after a day at the beach or on the water. With room for up to six guests, this cottage combines convenience and comfort for the perfect family getaway.

Our dock slips range from 20 to 50 feet, making them ideal for fishing boats, day cruisers, and larger vessels.
Our docks are built and maintained by a professional dock builder, fully fenced, and monitored with surveillance for added peace of mind.
We provide both seasonal and short-term dockage options. Availability is limited, so early reservations are recommended. We do not provide short term/ transit slips at this time.
The Pilot House is our only dog-friendly cottage. It has a small private yard and deck for your furry companion to enjoy.

Yes, all cottages have full kitchens stocked with essentials such as pots, pans, bowls, bakeware, and utensils so you can cook meals during your stay.
Each cottage has a private deck with a grill, full kitchen, bathroom, and unique features such as an outdoor shower or loft sleeping areas. Only cottage with an outdoor shower and a twin loft sleeping is available at this time is the Aft Cabin.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available, so you can stay connected while enjoying your getaway. Each cottage also has a smart TV to hook up to guests’ Netflix/Prime, so on and so forth.
East Matunuck State Beach is about 1.5 miles away, and Jim’s Dock and the dog beach are also nearby — all within a short drive or walk.
Snug Harbor Snack Bar is steps away, with favorites like Captain Jack’s, Matunuck Oyster Bar, and Jim’s Dock just a couple of miles from the property
There are plenty of indoor options, including bowling, pickleball, South County Luxury Cinemas, Biomes Marine Biology Center, and Foxwoods Resort Casino.
